Switch it Up

Routines are important, but sometimes it is just as important to switch things up a bit. If we never deviated from our plans or routines, never tried a different type of exercise or food, never did anything outside our comfort zone, then we would live very boring and constricted lives.

By opening ourselves up to new experiences, we open ourselves to more blessings. Our lives will expand and become more fulfilling. We free ourselves to live the best life we can by letting go of the doubts and fears that hold us back. These positive changes require us to be self-accepting and self-approving. It is okay to try something new. If we don’t like it, we don’t have to do it again. If we make a mistake, it’s okay; we can learn from it and do better next time.

This year, decide to try at least one new thing and do something a little differently than normal; just switching it up can make an enormous difference.
