Most of us interact with people on a daily basis. Sometimes it can be quite tedious as we go through the day, dealing with all types of personalities and dynamics. When we start feeling overwhelmed or just aggravated with the people around us, it is the perfect time to consider what we do appreciate. We can make it a sort of game to find one person to whom we can express appreciation; however, it must be something specific and that we feel genuinely appreciative of. If we make it a daily practice to look for people to be grateful for, it will make our day, and theirs, so much better.
“Appreciation can make a day, even change a life. Your willingness to put it all into words is all that is necessary.”
Margaret Cousins
