Time to Act

This should come as no surprise but only going through the motions and fretting while you are sitting around doing nothing will get you nothing. Idly praying, wishing, and journaling about what you desire and taking zero actions will also get you nothing. On the other hand, it is equally unhelpful when you take actions without thinking them through and setting clear intentions about what you hope to achieve.

Constantly complaining about things does not contribute to a happier life. Instead of whining and doing nothing about it, try improving your habits. Take time to exercise and make healthier food choices. Evaluate the people in your life and determine if they are good influences or if they are ‘energy vampires’ and are not good for you. Take a serious look at what and/or possibly whom in your life you need to put behind you. While you may find yourself having to make the difficult decision to let go of a situation that has not been healthy or rewarding for you, ultimately it can mean a happier and more fulfilling future.

Remember, small problems and negative habits are much harder to change if allowed to continue for too long. Take positive action to make your life what you want it to be.

An idea not coupled with action will never get any bigger than the brain cell it occupied.
