Explore Something New

Stuck in a rut? Shake it up! Change your routine today and do something fun and different.

It can be scary to try new things, but it is important to step out of our comfort zones every now and then and try something new and different. If we don’t add some variety to our lives, we will undeniably become stuck in our ways and there will be no challenge or growth.

Just because doing things a little differently or trying something unexpected can make us nervous doesn’t mean that we shouldn’t do it, especially if it is something that has the potential for bringing more goodness into our lives. And it doesn’t have to be anything huge, just start with something small.

This month I have been trying new things. I’ve tried 2 leafy green vegetables that I had previously never eaten and have decided that they are quite tasty and will be adding them to my meal rotations. I also have made strides in learning new skills at work that will make me a more valuable employee, as well as build my confidence.

Why not try branch out and something new today and make life more enriching and interesting?

When patterns are broken, new worlds emerge.
